Peterson Shoes Store is a family shoe store that was established in 1938,
which was purchased from it's original owner's in 1861. We are third
generation family owners and happy to be serving our North Suburban
community for 67 years, located at 209 East Main Street in Anoka, MN.
Our staff includes two Board Certified Pedorthists (C. Peds) are trained
in foot anatomy, pathology and the construction of shoes and orthodic
devices. Their qualifications have been tested and accepted by the
American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and
Pedorthics.

My mom and I participated in the Breast Cancer 3-Day walk. We were both
fitted with a pair of walking shoes from Petersons Shoe Store. We did the walk - all
60 miles and we saw lots of people with sore feet. However, we didn’t have
any problems.
